Harveys Bristol Cream is the result of a meticulous selection of over 30 blends of Fino, Oloroso, Amontillado and Pedro Ximenez grape. It is aged in American oak casks using the traditional system of soleras and criaderas and is a global icon of sherry wine. It gained absolute notoriety thanks to the comedy series Frasier, whereby the siblings regularly shared a glass of Sherry.
Yesterday, we opened this wonderful, locally produced, 2018 Cheval Franc from Marsovin. Personally, I love everything about this bottle of wine. The strong body, dark red colour and the flavours really make it an excellent wine for all occasions.
